JimBailey-103rt-small Our Managing Director, Jim Bailey, has been helping clients in the construction industry tell their story for over 19 years. Jim earned his Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of California at San Diego. He is known for being solutions minded and surrounding himself with talented professionals – hiring some of the most talented people in the industry. His first few years out of college, he started and grew a residential painting business from zero employees to an organization that spanned the state of Texas, painting close to 4,000 homes before selling it to one of his employees and moving to Arizona. He has extensive experience with multi-family and HOA communities working on well over 1,000 communities since 2004. He is extremely creative, great at evaluating client needs and finding innovative ways to bring solutions. His expertise in growing companies includes creating 150 jobs in 18 months and expanding into Tucson & Nevada. All projects have budget constraints, some more than others. He effectively manages project budgets of all sizes. He offers solutions to maximize budget constraints and proactively prepares for the future of the project. His professional project experience includes many well-known projects including: Crestone at Shadow Mountain, Capistrano, Renue on Orange, Paseo, Regatta Pointe, Grigio, Sierra Point Retirement Center, Hancock Plaza, Revival on Indian School, Palm Valley and Bloom 24.
